Keith A. Kleinick

Keith Kleinick is an experienced litigator with a courtroom record that includes many significant verdicts. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Weitz, Kleinick & Weitz, LLP, he was a partner with The Cochran Firm, Schneider, Kleinick & Weitz.

During his 12 years with this firm, he handled all types of cases including motor vehicle and construction accidents as well as premises liability cases. He has expertise in analyzing the complex issues arising in the litigation of a lawsuit.

In 2001, he obtained a judgment at trial of $1.5 million in an auto case on behalf of the estate of a small business owner killed in a two-car collision and $3.8 million for a pedestrian who suffered extensive injuries when the parapet of an exterior wall fell on him.

Mr. Kleinick believes that client concerns come first and uses his trial skills to obtain the best results possible through settlements and verdicts.

A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Kleinick is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar.
