Arnold Kleinick and Keith Kleinick represent the continuing legacy of one of the most successful trial law firms in the history of New York State. In the late 1960s, Arnold Kleinick was a founding partner of Schneider Kleinick & Weitz, a firm that became one of the top personal injury law firms in New York.

Along with partners Ivan Schneider and Harvey Weitz, Mr. Kleinick set the bar for remarkable achievements in obtaining multi-million results for injured people. Their record of verdicts and settlements includes hundreds of multi_million judgements and numerous precedent-setting awards including several in excess of $100 million.

In 1994 Schneider, Kleinick & Weitz firm merged to form Schneider Kleinick Weitz & Damashek. Keith began his legal careers with SKWD and went on to become a partner. In 1999, SKWD&S merged with The Cochran Firm to become part of the nation's largest law firm to practice plaintiff's tort law.
